Mar-Jac Poultry is a fully-integrated poultry company, dedicated to the foodservice industry. Our mission is to provide the highest quality products with an unequaled commitment to customer service.

1. Hatchery

Mar-Jac Poultry has one of the most modern hatcheries in the industry. Eggs are produced at contracted hen farms and shipped daily to the hatchery. This affords us the ability to control the environmental condition of the eggs throughout the incubation period.

2. The Farm

Our partnership with more than 350 contract growers enables us to uphold our commitment to customer service and meet growth projections. We assign a field specialist to each farm to ensure compliance with our program and that the birds are cared for appropriately. Contract farms are a critical link to our integrated process allowing us total process control.

3. Feed Mill

Following 2 years of construction, the new state-of-the-art feed mill located in Maysville, Georgia is fully operational. Mar-Jac’s new mill is constructed with the latest environmentally-protective equipment and employs 40 people.

The mill will receive various feed ingredients such as corn and soy meal via railway and convert it to the perfect nutritional formula to optimize healthy growth for all of Mar-Jac’s chickens. This highly-automated mill will produce 8,500 tons of feed weekly to supply over 200 poultry farms in Northeast Georgia who have contracted with Mar-Jac to raise their chicks and broilers.

4. Processing Plant

Commitment to quality and service at every level of management distinguishes Mar-Jac Poultry as a leader in the fast food and food service sectors. To this end, Mar-Jac Poultry remains one of the most modern processing facilities in the country.

Mar-Jac currently processes approximately 1,850,000 chickens per week at its processing plant in Gainesville, and will be expanding to accommodate 2,000,000 chickens per week in 2007.

5. Dinner Table
